The editorial team has these recommendations to speed up the process to final publication:

Use one of the Google doc or MS Word templates in the themed issue call to produce your publication draft if you are primarily working with text: Tradition-Innovations in Arts, Design, and Media Higher Education Themed Issue Call for Contributions
Use APA style for citations, with author and date in the text.
Use footnotes only for additional information.
Create a separate "References" page at the end of the submission.
