About the Collection
In 2022, the School of Medicine Library (SOML) began a pilot fund to support scholarly activities by Faculty, Residents, and Fellows affiliated with the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV. Since then, the SOML has issued fund awards to help author teams publish on a variety of topics within the biomedical and academic health sciences. Funding is made possible each fiscal year through the library's collections budget and may close early when funds are exhausted.
